With many of his clients, Gary provides innovative legal multidisciplinary advice. For example: incorporating expertise in privacy issues related to healthcare and life sciences with international commercial agreements, all in a seamlessly professional and highly responsive manner. These complex transactions, as well as the vast experience held by the attorneys in the department, are the key factors to the high growth rate the department is experiencing in recent years in an ever-increasing competitive market.

Such advice encompasses a multitude of disciplines ranging from “traditional” corporate advice through administrative and regulatory issues raised by health care providers and insureds, including public health, health-care administration, supplementary health insurance, legislation and regulation; and culminating in the innovative fields of medical equipment and devises and utilization of big-data.

Gary was nominated European corporate lawyer of the year in LMG’s Life Sciences Awards 2021, and his healthcare and life science practice has been shortlisted twice (2021 & 2023) for the Israel life sciences firm of the year award.

In addition, Gary is a Legal500 leading individual in the fields of Healthcare and Life Sciences, and is also noted in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A and the Intellectual Property practices.
