For many years, Lipa Meir & Co. has been considered one of the most professional and prestigious law firms in which to complete an internship. Each year, the firm onboards about 20 graduates from Israel’s leading institutions of higher education – all of whom are characterized by an independent and proactive approach, and by strong teamwork capabilities that match the ethos of the firm. The firm turns out professional and experienced attorneys, many of whom stay on with Lipa Meir & Co. and even advance to partner status, while others go on to integrate into the country’s leading law firms and commercial companies.
Training interns is our specialty
Interns are assigned to one of the firm’s five departments: The Commercial Department, the Litigation Department, the Real Estate and Financing Department, the Employment Law Department, and the Hi-Tech and Technology Department – where they are exposed to a wide range of cases and clients.

We try to take into consideration the wishes of the interns regarding their placement in one department or another, and believe it is right to allow the intern to examine his or her suitability to a professional field to which they feel a particular connection. We use a structured screening process, that is conducted according to the guidelines of the Israel Bar Association, and includes preliminary screening and personal interviews.
