Mor is an associate with the Technology. Corporate. M&A Department, where she works in a broad variety of areas that involve Corporate and Commercial law and provides on-going counseling and legal advice to commercial enterprises in the fields of Banking and Finance, M&A, and on corporate and commercial contracts, finanancing transactions, and investment agreements. Mor initially joined our firm as an intern and re-joined it as an Associate after completing the Bar Certification.
