Yoni is a partner in the firm's Real Estate and Finance Department. Prior to joining Lipa Meir as an associate, Yoni was an intern at the firm.

Yoni's areas of practice are finance transactions, investments, syndication and banking regulation.

Yoni provides ongoing legal advice to clients regarding commercial matters related to corporate issues, real estate transactions, provides ongoing legal advice and representation in the credit, securities, and factoring domains to corporations, banks and insurance companies.

In addition, Yoni represents various clients in insolvency cases.
