Sarine Tech listing on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange approved, trading to start on July 5

Attorneys Amir Zolty and Ido Zabarof from our firm represented Sarine Technologies, an Israeli company traded in Singapore, in its dual registration in the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Sarine Technologies was the first Israeli company that was listed in Singapore, and now it became the first company which shares are traded simultaneously in Singapore and in Tel Aviv.

Amir Zolty also represented the company during its IPO in Singapore, back in 2005.

Sarin Technologies is located in Hod Hasharon and is engaged in the development and production of technologies for processing, measuring and evaluating diamonds. The current market cap of Sarin is close to NIS 700 million.
