This document ("Privacy Policy") explains our practices and sets out the basis on which LM treats "information" as defined in the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741 – 1981 (hereinafter "Personally Identifiable Information" and the "Law", respectively). LM may collect Personally Identifiable Information through the Website if you make a decision to fill out a form which provides information to LM on the Website, such as when you register for newsletters, apply for a job or send LM an e-mail through the Website. In such cases Personally Identifiable Information that might be collected includes, but is not limited to: contact details (names, address, email, telephone number, etc'); professional information such as job title, previous jobs, professional experience and qualifications; and the content of your correspondence with LM.
1.2. LM may collect data and information which is not Personally Identifiable Information. Such information shall be jointly referred to as ("Non-Personally Identifiable Information", and together with Personally Identifiable Information, "Information").
1.3. You are not under a legal duty to deliver the information requested from you on the Website and any such delivery of information is voluntary.
1.4. In accordance with the Law, you are entitled to inspect, either yourself or through a representative, any Information kept by us, and to demand that information be corrected or deleted. If you wish to do so, you may submit a request to the LM Contact (as defined below), and LM will treat your request in accordance with the Law.
1.5. The Website may contain links to third party websites (such as the websites of social networks) that are not owned or controlled by LM (the “External Sites”). You are advised that such External Sites, and any information provided by you on such External Sites, may be subject such External Site's privacy policies, and LM does not control and is not responsible for information provided by you on such External Sites, and/or the conduct or practices of any third party that makes any External Site available.
2. Information Use
2.1. LM may use Personally Identifiable Information in order to:
(a) contact you upon request, inquiry and/or job application;
(b) send you newsletters, updates, notifications regarding events of ours or of others, and similar correspondence related to the marketing activity of LM;
(c) provide you with support, respond to your inquiries regarding the Website and/or contact you with respect to claims of infringement of your rights.
(d) exercise any right available to LM (by law, agreement or otherwise), including, without limitation, in order to (a) respond to claims made against it; and (b) to protect against fraud or carry out LM's risk management procedures.

2.3. LM is the sole owners of all Information collected on the Website.
3. Third Party Disclosure.
3.1. LM does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to third parties your Personally Identifiable Information. This does not include disclosure:
(a) to LM's employees and/or contractors who need to know such information for the provision of support for the Website and/or services to you or to LM;
