Nir is a partner in Lipa Meir's litigation Department. Prior to joining Lipa Meir as an associate, Nir was a trainee advocate at the firm.
Nir specializes in managing complex large-scale and high-profile lawsuits of companies in court and in arbitration proceedings, Among others, in cases relating to civil and commercial law, including corporate and contract law, focusing mainly on contractor and real estate disputes.
Nir represents contractors and project requisitioners and was involved in complex multimillion NIS disputes. Nir has a strong professional understanding of various elements of engineering projects.
