Elad Shulman | partner

Elad is a partner the Real Estate, Hotels & Leisure Department of the firm, and his practice concentrates on all aspects of real estate transactions, including, development projects, income-yielding properties, financing transactions for real estate projects, sale and leasebacks and real estate taxation.

In addition, Elad specializes in complex and large-scale real estate transactions, combination transactions, the purchase of sites for offices, purchase groups, residential and commercial purposes, and the purchase and sale of yielding real estate assets. Mr. Shulman further counsels clients on an ongoing basis concerning the regulatory and planning & zoning aspects of such transactions.

Prior to joining Lipa Meir, Elad was a Senior Associate  at a leading Israeli law firm.
