Moriah Mizrahi | attorney

Moriah is an associate in Lipa Meir & Co.'s Real Estate and Finance Department. Moriiah's areas of practice are in the representation, leading and management of real estate transactions, from the planning and acquisition stages, through the development, construction and registration stages.

 Moriah provides  ongoing  legal counsel in development and construction projects, purchase groups, combination transaction, sale-leasebacks of buildings. 

Moriah also advises real estate entrepreneurs and contractors, in real estate projects, regarding commercial sale agreements, mortgage banks, the Real Estate Taxation Bureau, the Real Estate Registration Bureau, and the Israel Land Administration. 

Alongside her professional activity, Moriah published article in the “Ktav-et Mekarkein” legal Real Estate journal. She also took part in professional seminars and conferences as part of the Israel Bar Association’s academic programs.
