Gad Azor | partner

Gad is a partner in the commercial department of the firm. He completed his internship at the firm and joined as an attorney in 1997. Gad specializes in various areas of commercial law, with a focus on insurance and investments. He represents and advises companies in a wide range of commercial transactions, both domestically and internationally, primarily in the areas of investments, mergers and acquisitions, finance and insurance.

Gad has extensive experience in the insurance sector, actively engaging, among others, in investment activities and providing regulatory advice (serving as legal counsel to an insurance company as well). He also possesses significant expertise in insolvency, corporate rehabilitation and restructuring, creditor arrangements (including international creditor arrangements), stays of proceedings, receiverships, and liquidations. He provides legal support in these areas to distressed companies, their controlling shareholders and creditors of such.

Additionally, Gad advises a wide range of organizations in Israel's cooperative sector, including kibbutzim, on various commercial and business activities.

Over the years, Gad has been recognized as an expert lawyer in the field of insurance by both Israeli and international ranking guides.
