Shir is an associate in Lipa Meir & Co.'s Real Estate and Finance Department. Prior to joining Lipa Meir as an associate, Shir was an intern at the firm. Her practice is focused on a wide range of aspects of real estate including planning and construction, sales and purchase transactions, urban renewal (TAMA 38 and urban redevelopment), and real estate taxation.
