Shir joined the Firm’s Real Estate, Hotels & Leisure Department in 2025.
She has broad experience in the real estate field, including handling financing transactions, combination agreements, sale agreements, contractor agreements, and lease agreements.
In addition, Shir accompanies major and well-known urban renewal projects in central Israel (TAMA 38/1, TAMA 38/2, the Shaked Alternative, and evacuation–construction schemes), representing companies and developers operating in this field.
