Michal is a partner at Lipa Meir and head of the infrastructure and B.O.T. practice. Michal has extensive expertise in many infrastructure and B.O.T. projects and currently provides legal counsel to large construction projects, such as desalination projects and the IDF Training Base City project.
Michal also provides ongoing legal advice to the Tenders Committee (the Ministry of Defense) and is responsible for preparing all tender documents, reviewing proposals, formulating principles of construction and operating agreements, examining of the financing agreements, all in relation with major national B.O.T Projects.
Over the years, Michal has been recognized both as a leading attorney and as a Women Leader in the fields of project development, project finance, energy, and infrastructure by Israeli ranking guides and international guides such as Legal 500 and IFLR 1000.
