Lilach is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department. Lilach specializes in various fields of commercial law and provides ongoing legal counseling services to companies, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, investments, finance, energy and insurance. In addition, Lilach has extensive expertise in representing various entities from the local settlement sector (kibbutz and agriculture) in a variety of commercial and business activities.

Lilach holds a certificate from the Israeli Center for Negotiation and Mediation ("ICNM").

Lilach joined the firm in 2011 following an internship at the firm.
