Adi Kedem | attorney

Adi joined our firm in 2025. Her practice focuses on providing employers with ongoing legal advice and professional guidance across all aspects of labor and employment law, both collective and individual. This includes drafting employment agreements, advising on disciplinary proceedings, employee terminations, and related employment matters. Adi also represents employers in litigation before the labor courts and other authorities, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Adi began her legal career during her military service, as part of the Academic Atuda Program, serving in the Military Advocate General’s Corps. In this capacity, she dealt with military criminal law matters and provided legal advice to various bodies within the Civil Administration in the West Bank, across a wide range of legal areas.

Following her military service, Adi specialized in labor and employment law and gained extensive experience representing soldiers and career service members in matters relating to their rights, both before the military authorities and in various judicial tribunals.
