Aharon kitsberg | attorney

Aharon joined our firm in 2025. As part of his work, Aharon focuses on various aspects of antitrust law, including, the legality of restrictive arrangements, submitting exemption requests to the Competition Commissioner, preparing merger notices, pre-ruling proceedings, handling issues related to monopolies, implementing internal compliance programs, and representing the firm's clients before the Competition Authority, the Competition Tribunal, and the Courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Aharon interned at the Israel Competition Authority, and subsequently worked as an associate at another one of Israel's leading law firms in the field of competition law.
