Adv. David Sprecher joined our firm in 2025 as a partner and Head of Aviation practice in our Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
David bringing over 25 years of specialized experience in civil aviation and tourism law. He provides strategic counsel to leading industry players across Israel, Europe, North Africa, and the Gulf Region, including major travel agency chains, cruise operators, tour companies, and prominent international airlines.
A recognized authority in the field, David advises parliamentary committees on legislative matters,
and is regularly engaged in high-stakes mandates involving complex GSA agreements, regulatory
compliance, traffic and slot rights, and airline insolvency proceedings.
David also serves as Chair of the Aviation and Tourism Law Commission at the Israel Bar Association
and plays an active role in its Pro Bono Program. His global network and influence extend through
his memberships in IFTTA - The International Forum of Travel and Tourism Lawyers, EALA - The
European Aviation Lawyers Association, and WALA - The World Airport Lawyers Association.
Acknowledged by the profession, David is ranked as a Leading Partner by Legal 500 and as a
Recommended Lawyer - Band 2 by Chambers Global 2025.
