Head of the Environment and Climate Department
Tzipi is a partner and Head of the Environment and Climate Department. Tzipi has extensive experience in promoting innovative regulatory reforms in the field of environmental protection and in accompanying legal and environmental disputes in her role as CEO and Legal Counsel of the Israel Union for Environmental Defense (Adam Teva Ve'Din).
In addition, Tzipi serves as a lecturer on environmental regulation at several academic institutions, as a speaker at international professional conferences, and as Director of the Center for Environmental Protection at Netanya Academic College.
With respect to her public activities she has awarded inter-alia "Women of Influence" by economic newspapers Globes and The Marker. Tzipi also won a scholarship of excellence from Bar Ilan University for conducting a doctorate research in law.
Tzipi is a preeminent expert in environmental law, consistently ranked in the top tier (Tier 1) by both Israeli and international legal directories. She was honored as the Environmental Lawyer of the Year in Europe for 2023 and 2024 by Women in Business Law (EMEA) of the prestigious IFLR international ranking. Tzipi holds the distinction of being the sole Israeli attorney to receive this esteemed accolade in the individual category for two consecutive years. Additionally, she is ranked as a Spotlight lawyer by Chambers & Partners, and the Environmental and Climate practice under her leadership is featured in the Green Guide of the Legal 500 directory.
