Eyal is a partner in the Technology. Corporate. M&A Department and the head of the firm’s China and Far-East Desk.

Eyal has been dealing with high-tech and venture capital transactions from the very early days of the bloom of the venture capital investments in Israel (the early 90s).

Eyal has achieved a prominent position in the high-tech industry, and he is a well-recognized and respected practitioner, known as a deal-maker and business developer, whose contribution extends beyond mere legal advice.

Several editions of the Legal 500 directory portrayed Eyal as “showing strong business acumen”, “having established an impressive reputation in the fields of high-tech and venture capital” and as “very proactive and creative.”

Prior to his teaming with our firm Eyal has served as the founding and managing partner of Yingke Israel – Eyal Khayat, Zolty, Neiger & Co. - the then Israeli branch of Yingke, the largest Chinese law firm currently operating through 15,000 lawyers in 110 branches in mainland China.

Lipa Meir serves as Yingke’s exclusive Israeli representative and Eyal as the head of China and Far-East Desk, is in charge of the firm’s Yingke related matters.
