Maor is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Hotels & Leisure Department. Maor began his legal career as a legal intern at the firm.

His practice concentrates especially in the field of real estate, covers all its legal and commercial aspects, including aspects of planning, financing and taxation. In addition, Maor has prolific experience accompanying clients to deal with the state in the process of eviction and restitution of major land divisions, as well as representation of entrepreneurs and real estate companies in real estate acquisition and sale transactions of all types, including from Israel Land Authority. Among his other skills and knowledge, Maor accomplished successfully represent complex real estate projects of the Kibbutz and the cooperative Israeli settlement sectors after land designation change, advising entrepreneurs in the establishment of joint projects, as well as combination and other real estate transactions.

As part of his work, Maor represents and accompanies a range of various clients in the field of real estate and hotels, including real estate development and investment companies, contractors and private developers.

Furthermore, Maor has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial law, as well as in aspects of corporate recovery, insolvencies, creditors arrangements and rehabilitation of distressed companies.
