Noa is an associate in the firm’s Labor Law and Labor Relations Department. Prior to joining Lipa Meir as an associate, Noa was an intern at the firm.

Noa's primary focus is advising both Israeli and international companies on a wide range of employment issues, including drafting collective and individual employment agreements, conducting M&A )due diligence(, resolving employment disputes, managing class action cases, overseeing employee disciplinary procedures, handling employment termination processes, and litigating employment claims in labor courts or alternative dispute resolution forums. In addition, Noa deals with commercial litigation, including class actions and contractual disputes.

Noa is a member of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA).
