Ortal Is an associate in the firm’s Labor Law and Labor Relations Department. Ortal joined our office in 2024.

As part of her role, Ortal advises employers on their day-to-day legal needs and represents them in litigation cases involving collective and individual labor law before labor courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

Before joining our firm, Ortal worked as an intern and an attorney at a leading boutique labor law firm (2019–2024). She has extensive experience representing public and private employers and managing complex litigation cases in labor courts and other tribunals, including mediation and arbitration. In addition, she has provided ongoing legal guidance to employers, addressing intricate issues in both individual and collective labor law.
