Roy is a partner and Head of the firm’s Real Estate, Hotels & Leisure Department.


Roy provides expert legal consult to large-scale corporations in wide-ranging commercial transactions including M&A, insolvency, complex financing, corporate governance and regulation.


Roy advises on an ongoing basis to a broad spectrum of clients, including public corporations, private companies, trust funds, partnerships and cooperatives, and in recent years has led highly complex and high-profile legal proceedings and major transactions including among others, public corporations financing (hundreds of millions NIS); insolvency proceedings to public corporations and creditors settlements; entrepreneurial land procurement from Israel Land Authority (half a billion NIS); evacuation and restitution arrangements vis-à-vis private entrepreneurs and the State of Israel; international medical cooperation and investment in medical infrastructure and equipment; tender proceedings and BOT (Build Operate Transfer) transactions.


In addition, Roy possesses an extensive experience across all areas of finance, payment and payment card services, and has been involved in various transactions and ventures in these specific areas.


Over the years, Roy has been professionally recognized as a leading expert in Real Estate by both Israeli and International ranking guides such as Legal 500.
