Tal is a partner in the firm's Labor and Employment Department. Prior to joining Lipa Meir as an associate, Tal was a trainee advocate at the firm. Tal's practice focuses on all aspects of employment matters, including employment agreements, compensation and retirement and employment termination issues.

Tal is a member of the International Society for Labor Law and Social Security (the Israeli branch).

Tal has been professionally recognized as an expert in labor law by both Israeli and international ranking guides.
