Adv. Tali Lev is a Partner in the Technology, Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Lipa & Co. For over two decades, she has been advising international companies and corporations, both private and publicly traded, operating across a broad range of sectors in Israel and worldwide, including the automotive, plastics, agriculture, retail, medical devices, defense industries and more.


Tali specializes in drafting commercial agreements, cross-border M&A contracts, intellectual property transactions, international negotiations, and navigating dynamic, multi-disciplinary legal environments.


Throughout her career, Tali has gained extensive cross-sector experience, combining innovation, legal proactivity and client-tailored solutions. She brings together analytical thinking, sharp legal insight and meticulous execution, drawing on her broad expertise in international contracts, corporate law and intellectual property. Her day-to-day work includes ongoing legal counsel on complex matters, leading negotiations in international transactions, assisting in the resolution of cross-border disputes, drafting legal opinions, and guiding clients from initial engagement through to transaction completion or dispute resolution, while crafting both the legal and commercial strategy.


As part of her practice at the firm, Tali has developed substantial and unique experience in the automotive industry, providing continuous legal support, including professional lectures, to both private and public companies in the automotive sector.


Tali has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2003.


She is also admitted to the New York Bar (since 2002) and to the Law Society of England & Wales (since 2003).


She is a native-level speaker of both Hebrew and English.
