Adv. Vered Zlaikha, Partner and Head of Cyber affairs & AI practice at our firm, emphasized that “the world is evolving”—not only in technology but also in regulation. She stressed the importance of organizational readiness ahead of the enforcement of Amendment 13 to Israel’s Privacy Protection Law this summer, highlighting the role of corporate boards in shaping governance policies and overseeing compliance. Additionally, she discussed the legal challenges of AI-based systems and the need for organizations to develop tailored risk management frameworks to ensure proper corporate governance.
A special thank you to our partners at Kela Group for the collaboration, and to our distinguished speakers—Yigal Unna, Itsik Kesler, Dr. Uri Cohen, Dalit Caspi-Schachner, and Shay Simkin—for their insightful contributions to this important discussion.
We were delighted to engage in meaningful dialogue about the future of cyber risk, data privacy, and AI and we look forward to continuing the conversation in the years ahead. See you at our next events!
