For the first time, an Israeli technological group in the artificial intelligence field has lead and established a pioneering venture for managing the water infrastructure system in the country – In Israel. Dr. Ziv Preis Preis and Tom Nissani of our Cross Border Mergers & Acquisitions, Banking & Finance Department represented Evolution Water, an artificial intelligence company, in its formation and investment by Mekorot, the national water company of Israel and the country’s top agency for water management. Mekorot will also implement Evolution Water’s software system in the water transmission infrastructure in Israel.
