The Jerusalem District Court will have to answer this critical question when hearing the appeal filed by the Member of Parliament Amichai Shikli, against his declaration as a “retiree” from the Yamina party. The appeal was filed by Alon Pomeranc, managing partner and head of Litigation Department and Shimrit Carmi-Naamat, partner.
