Alon is a senior partner in Lipa Meir and heads the firm's Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2000. Alon, with over 20 years of experience in the courtrooms, is regarded as one of the top experts in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation nationwide. Alon has extensive expertise in handling complex litigation and dispute resolution cases for a wide variety of Israeli and international companies in many sectors, including banking and finance law, antitrust, white collar crime, finance, real estate, international trade and business, insolvency, administrative law, infrastructure & energy projects, corporations and securities,.
Alon has a prestigious reputation as a leading and distinguished litigator and he is known as a charismatic, punctual and determined litigator. Alon appears frequently in all court instances, including the Districts Courts and the Supreme Court, and in arbitration and mediation panels.
Alon regularly represents strategic mega-clients including Israeli banks, most of the country's major insurance companies and the biggest health organization in Israel (Clalit Health Services) in a vast scope of unique and complex litigation cases.
Over the years, Alon has been professionally recognized as a leading expert in litigation and dispute resolution, class actions, and derivative actions by both Israeli and international ranking guides, including Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
