Head of Hi-Tech Practice
Amir Zolty is a partner in the Technology. Corporate. M&A Department and head of the High-Tech practice. Amir Zolty, a graduate of Tel-Aviv University (LL.B. Magna Cum Laude) and of Yale University (LL.M) has been admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 1990. Until 2001 he served as a Registrar of the Supreme Court of Israel and as the senior legal assistant to the President of the Israeli Supreme Court, Professor Aharon Barak, and before that, as a senior legal assistant to the Attorney General of the State of Israel. Amir worked as an associate at Herzog Fox Neeman prior to his career in the civil service. Since 2001, Amir has been extensively engaged in high-tech and biotech/pharmaceutical transactions, and he represents a considerable number of private and public high-tech and biotech companies with regard to their day-to-day activities, as well as corporate finance, M&As, compliance, etc.
Amir is professionally recognized as an expert in hi-tech and start-ups by both Israeli and international ranking guides.
