Advocate Shmueli expertise includes prospectus and private placements documents drafting, public corporation mergers & acquisitions and consultation regarding public and private company acquisitions. He is also an expert in the ongoing legalities binding public companies with reporting obligations, whose securities are listed in TASE or US stock exchanges.
Among the public companies to which Advocate Shmueli consults, are Automax Motors Ltd. (TASE: AMX), the largest parallel importer of vehicles to Israel, Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: FRSX), an innovative developer of smart multi-spectral vision systems to automotive market and Raval Ltd. (TASE: RVL), a leading global manufacturer of fuel tank venting systems and innovative, weight-saving solutions for the global automotive industry.
