Adv. Vered Zlaikha addressed the Privacy Protection Authority ‘s interpretation, regarding the implementation of the “notification duty” when using AI systems. She also stressed that to her view, anonymization methods would probably become more prevalent as the use of AI systems expands.
The unique challenges arising from the use of AI have also been discussed, as well as the developing strategic and regulatory approaches in the U.S., Israel and the European Union.
